Mumbai is a great city for those who work all week long but want to unwind and relax on weekends. I was on a work visit to Mumbai and after two days of extensive, back to back meetings with clients, me and my sis-in-law did some research to hunt for some nice lounge to enjoy some music and a couple of mocktails. So, or latest discovery is D9 Lounge, located in Andheri east. If you stay near Andheri east or Marol, this place shall be quite easy to access for you.The lounge is located on the main road,itself and very easy to locate.
D9 Lounge Mumbai – A Cool Hangout In Andheri
The entrance of  D9 is beautifully lit in Blue with an impressive flooring. The furnishing, upholstery and flooring is mostly done in White. The lighting is done chiefly in Yellow and warm tones. The seating arrangement is comfortable with separate indoor seats, outdoor seats, shisha section, a bar and terrace.The Shisha section has a beautiful collection of flavoured shishas in delightfully coloured bottles. Different areas are themed and designed differently to suit the purpose. The family dining area is chic and classy while there is also a dining area for friends to enjoy their food.The walls in this section are done with fun graffiti like posters. The terrace diner too has a beautiful setting with fresh air, plants and cheery Red chairs!The manager told us that the seats here can be rearranged to conduct a Birthday party or for a small family gathering.
Every Friday night, D9 lounge come Diner conducts a live music performance.Over here, you can party non-stop till 4 am, in the morning. The staff is available all night and the wee hours of the morning to serve food delicacies and drinks. In day time, the lounge reopens at 12 noon.
We went here around 7 PM in evening and ordered a couple of snacks which include: Steamed noodles and crispy thread Paneer. Though, the place offers some great options in the non-vegetarian menu,too.
They have a very well-equipped bar. I personally am a big an of new mixes, in terms of cocktails and mocktails. Some of their most loved mocktails, include: Gin basillico, New York sour, Pink lady, blue hawai, watermelon mojito and  pineapple crush.
So, all in all, it is a great place to chill out with a couple of friends.You must check out this cool place once!
