The Gaj Pass Trek is a moderately difficult trek that takes you through an untouched and completely non-commercialized route to the Dhauladhar ranges. Bagga Dhar will be the campsite, which is a pastureland of the local shepherds. After a night of camping here, the trek will move further to the snowline even called as snow peak. All can enjoy a day of Himalayan trekking and enjoyment in snow but those who are up to the task of hiking till Gaj Pass Summit can do so.

Trek Start & End Location–Bonthu

Outline Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrive Pathankot & drive to Bonthu Village (BASE CAMP) (1600m/5248ft)

Day 02: Acclimatization Trek to Guan Devi Temple (2000m/6560ft/8Km).

Day 03: Trek to Top Camp set-up @Bagga (2450m/8036ft/7Km)

Day 04: Trek to Snow point/line and beyond and back to Base Camp (3200m/10496ft/9KM)

Day 05: Checkout and drive back to Pathankot

Cost Includes:

2 nights camping with all gears and accessories (tents on sharing basis), Bonfire.

Spacious dome tents, sleeping bags, mattresses, Nordic walking sticks.

All meals during the trek.

Camping, Forest entry fees and permissions.
