• Altitude sickness can lead you to feel uneasy. So, on the day of arrival, take full rest. Drink plenty of fluids and nutritious food to get acclimatized to the weather conditions.

• Carry necessary medicines including: anti-emetics, painkillers, antipyretics etc.

• It is best for those with breathing problems, Heart ailments and fluctuating blood pressures to avoid trips to Leh-Ladakh.

• Try to carry cash as very few restaurants, accomodations, hotels etc accept plastic money.You can get to spot a few ATMs but Stillit is better to have your own arrangements for cash.

• There are easy tourist cabs, available including: Innova, Scorpio, Xylo, Tavera.

• Photography is not freely permitted in Leh Ladakh therefore, always, take permission before clicking pictures, of any person or monument in this area.

• Drinking Water’s easy availability is an issue so, carry Water purification pills, Drinking Water bottles, energy drinks and packaged food along.

• Use of Plastic bags is not permitted in Leh-Ladakh.
