Last week I visited Pune for Official work. One fine evening visited one of the famous restaurant in Pune with my close friends. Blue Frog Pune is a happening and always full of buzz. This restrobar is located in the Ishanya Mall, Yerawada, Pune. Blue frog restaurant cum bar in Pune attracts very full-of-life, posh and young crowd. This place plays very artfully selected party music. There is a good, in-house DJ. I will list some of their specialties based on my personal experience and recommendations of my friends. Do try out their vegetable platter, chicken platter, pastas, thin-crust Pizzas, seafood platter, Gnocchi with Hot and Spicy Tomato Sauce and Beetroot Risotto.
By the name people think Blue Frog serves only non veg food at its best but it’s not true. I am pure vegetarian and the friends who visited were too vegetarian.
In Blue Frog Pune we tried Pan Seared Galawati Kebabs, Greek Style Creamy Cottage Cheese Souvlaki and Crumb Fried Mushroom and among these I loved Kebabs a lot… it was very delicious and was perfectly made as per my taste buds.
After starters we tried wood fired pizzas with onion and capsicum toppings, we kept this pizza simple and classic.
One friend of mine tried MAC and cheese pasta as she loves white pasta a lot. This restaurant also serves Thai food and we tried Thai Curry Green Vegetables with rice. Taste was mild and good but I am not much fan of Thai cuisine.
Lastly we tried Apple Crumbles with Vanilla ice cream and Chocolate Brownie Sundae in Dessert. Oh I forgot to mention that we tried Mega Frog which is signature drink of Blue Frog and it was nice in taste. Usually in this Mega frog sipper they serve alcohol drinks.
If you want to conduct a party in here, the staff would take care of everything and tailor, the venue as per your requirements in terms of gathering and budget.There are options for food and drinks included package.This place would suffice for conducting big corporate parties.The chef, manager and waiters work smoothly in a team to ensure that everything in the party goes on smoothly.
