Honey hut is a unique cafe chain based on the theme of “Honey”. This is one place in Nainital that offers a beautiful ambiance. If you are lucky enough to grab a window seat, you can enjoy scenic views of the Naini lake and Mall road. You get a very peaceful atmosphere out here to work on your laptop or read a book or to catch up with a fee buddies and talk your heart out. They have free WiFi. They have branches spread across India in Chandigarh, Amritsar, Manali etc.

Honey Hut – The Nature’s Cafe – Nainital

The interiors are mostly done in Wood and the walls are bright Yellow in colour. Seats are olive Green in colour and comfortable to sit on. They have various charts and posters depicting various fun facts about Honey and honey bees.

The special thing about Honey hut is that almost all of their dishes and beverages contain Honey! Also, they provide honey as a side dish in a super cute looking pot. They have lots of varieties of honey including: Raw honey, Organic honey, flavoured honey and infused honey. You can buy these pots of Honey for your folks back home as a Souvenir from Nainital. They have an elaborate menu of interesting dishes that have been reimagined with the use of Honey.

So, if you are a honey lover and have a sweet tooth, you must try this place. It is a welcome change from the regular, branded joints. This place is a heaven for tea and coffee lovers as they offer a lot of variety of warm beverages as well as shakes. Pastries, cakes, muffins and a huge variety of snacks are available out here.

We ordered the following:

• Chocolate Truffle pastry

• Chilli Cheese toast

• Mix veg pizza

• Honey masala idli

• Brownie with hot chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream

• Virgin Mojito

• Honey Coco Coffee

All the dishes were prepared with fresh ingredients and were served hygienically. The taste was delicious and service was quick. The staff is friendly and very courteous.

Apart from edible stuff, they have a mini-store within the cafe that has a  wide range of Honey infused products like Lip balms, soaps etc. When in Nainital, this little cafe definitely deserves a visit.Do try out their menu, especially the hot beverages, burgers and Sandwiches. We assure you will be more than happy.
