QUICK WORKOUT HAIRSTYLES – Braided Ponytail

Take a small section of hair from the front of your head and doing a regular 3-strand braid, angle it backward, then secure with a clip. Do the same on the other side. Once the braids are finished go ahead and loosen them a bit and then secure with a clear elastic. Last, pull the rest of your hair up into a cute ponytail. It works well with dirty hair and it’s fast.  You can wear your ponytail out if you have left over curls, or throw it into a bun if you can’t salvage the ends!

Pull your hair back in a high ponytail and add on bauble elastics all the way down to the end of the pony to the nape of your neck. Loosen the hair a bit from each elastic to add some dimension and off to yoga you go!There’s nothing like rocking a jasmine ponytail while you run! This style keeps your bangs pushed back and you don’t have to worry about the bangs whipping you in the face.

Create a French braid down to the nape of your neck from one side and then secure it off to the same side. Tie with a thick elastic instead of securing with bobby pins (which will tend to fall out during strenuous activity). Twist the remaining hair and grab the messy bun you’ve know created and re-tuck it into the elastic – this will make it even more cute workout-worthy. This style keeps your hair entirely out of your face and yet it looks pretty awesome.  Something that can be dressed up if you don’t have much time to get ready afterwards.

Takes more time because you’re French braiding all your hair, but keeps your hair completely out of face! Divide the hair into two, French braid both sides down to the nape of your neck. Next, remove the duckbill clip and then combine the two braids so that you are now braiding a single braid. Finish with a 3-strand braid all the way down. It would be cute to toss the single braid into a bun or to put it in just a regular ponytail.

Begin with a centre part, and French braid the hair on the left side of your head until the braid just passes your left ear. Switch to a regular braid and continue until the braid can reach the middle of the back of your head. Secure with elastic and repeat on the other side. Then, use elastic to secure the braids in a half pony and then remove the elastics you used to secure the braid. Perfect for not-so-sweaty activities like yoga or low-key Pilates, this style will keep your hair off your face and impress the girl on the mat behind you.
