You do not have to compare your life with others. Be happy what you are and what you have achieved. It is ok if you do not have a car or a bungalow, be happy about the friends that you possess. Be happy with the experiences that you have had.
Do not control
Being controlled is good but you do not have to control yourself in all the situations. It takes away your freedom and makes you more conscious. You can take your decisions based on your situations, but never have pre-set rules.
No matter how your situations are or how tough life is at your end, you need to be positive. It is the only solution to get going in life. If you have a problem, there is a solution as well. The moment you try to be negative, your brain will also stop functioning making you more stressed and tensed.
